9102 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 9102 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 9102 platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 9102 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 9102 platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register or use any service on the 9102 platform. This platform is not intended for individuals below that age, and registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Opening multiple accounts or using false identification is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts along with any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential.
- Ensuring that all registered personal information is accurate and up to date.
- Notify 9102 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Never share your account with any other party under any circumstances.
9102 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the 9102 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts or other methods to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's systems or infrastructure.
- Committing fraud, including the use of another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation.
- Sharing or distributing content that infringes copyright, is defamatory, or contains malicious code.
- Any attempt to manipulate or unlawfully influence game outcomes.
9102 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Any breach may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 9102 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits belong to them and are obtained through lawful means.
Deposit Policy
- Minimum deposit starts from RM10, depending on the selected payment method.
- Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX and online bank transfer.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account instantly or within a set timeframe depending on the payment method used.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain thresholds.
- 9102 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious withdrawals for security investigation purposes.
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. 9102 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment details entered by the user.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
9102 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Requests or directives from the relevant authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period with no activity.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may not be eligible to reopen their account or withdraw any remaining balance, subject to the outcome of 9102's internal investigation. Users who voluntarily close their account may request a withdrawal of their remaining balance, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.
6. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

The 9102 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors or be fully protected against cyber threats.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9102 and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including any monetary losses incurred through gameplay.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, software, text, graphics and other visual elements on the 9102 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 9102.
